The security of our clients’ premises is of utmost importance. A number of steps are taken to ensure that your security is never compromised:
While there are general security principles for all sites, employees are trained as to the individual security requirements of each site. This information is kept on file and can be accessed by Area Managers to facilitate access by cover cleaners.
Employees are further trained in actions to take in exceptional circumstances. This covers items like difficulty in gaining access or setting alarms, coming across strangers on site, finding open windows/doors on site etc. These training procedures are set out in our Employee Information & Training Booklet and help to ensure that no site will ever be left unsecured or with the alarm not set.
Insurance
Our insurance covers: Employers’ liability; public/products liability; loss of keys; failure to secure client’s premises; incorrect destruction of goods; damage to property being cleaned; employee fidelity.

Julius Rutherfoord is proud to announce a new partnership providing cleaning services to Guildford College.
This is the start of a three-year contract to clean all buildings within the Stoke Park Campus.
Following a competitive tender process Julius Rutherfoord was selected on the basis of cost and proven ability in transforming cleaning standards at their existing college premises.
As well as Guildford College Julius Rutherfoord now cleans: South Thames College, Southwark College, Lewisham College & Lambeth College.
