Internally we monitor your contract in even greater detail. We conduct our own extra audits. We log everything that happens. This means we spot problems early on and deal with them. We can also plot new efficiencies and chart their progress.
Technology is another of our obsessions. We adapt software to improve nearly everything we do. Of course technology alone does not clean floors, plan rotas or audit quality - but we ensure that it's in the hands of the people who do.
