From the start of 2011, Julius Rutherfoord’s turnover has grown by an impressive £ 2.4 million, which represents a 24 % increase of its annual turnover. This figure confirms that thanks to their solid corporate values and quality of service they are rapidly becoming a key player in ‘the major league’.
Acquiring clients with premises in prime locations in the City has been one of the crucial factors in the company’s development. Julius Rutherfoord now provide their services to clients such as a leading corporate and institutional stock broking and advisory firm in Cheapside, EC2; to 20 Essex Street, WC2, a leading and long-established set of commercial barristers’ chambers and to the Headquarters of a world renowned human rights charity organisation located in the City as well.
In the last 2 years Julius Rutherfoord has also worked hard to build their reputation as one of the leading specialist cleaning companies in the educational sector. This strategy has turned out to be highly successful and has resulted in significant growth of their educational portfolio. A number of important contract wins in London have included Elm Green School in Tulse Hill, Brampton Manor Academy in Newham and St. Helen’s School, Northwood. These new contracts include stunning newly built Academies and prestigious establishments, with both providing excellent educational facilities
Winning contracts might be important, however, retaining existing clients is equally crucial. One of the greatest successes in 2011 was the retention of South Thames College, which has now merged with Merton College, thus increasing the contract value significantly.
