Introducing new mobile technology
We have equipped our Operations, Sales and Customer Service teams with new mobile tablet devices to help improve their operational and contract management capabilities in the field.
These new mobile devices, a cross between a laptop and a tablet computer, will allow contract managers, customer service teams and sales personnel to gain instant and secure access to all documents and resources relating to their clients and contracts, as well as the capability to perform administrative duties, without having to return to our head office.
By providing our staff with access to all documents and resources available from our head office, employing the strictest data protection methods, we believe that we can:

Tools made available through these new devices include: secure access to all documents and resources on our head office server; secure access to our dedicated CRM database, including records of all previous communications and employee data; real-time shift attendance data to track all our cleaners attendance; as well as the tools required to process administrative tasks such as payroll on the go.
