Delivering a 95% client satisfaction rating
At Julius Rutherfoord, we pride ourselves on providing the very best in cleaning services. We invest heavily in the expert management of all our contracts and always aim to deliver an excellent service.
It is with great excitement then that we can announce the results of our most recent independent client perception survey in which we received a 95% client satisfaction rating!
Each year we commission an independent Client Perception Survey to all our clients to gain an insight into how they perceive the service we provide and ways in which we can make further improvement. As well as achieving this fantastic satisfaction rating, 92% of our clients stated that they would also recommend Julius Rutherfoord.
It is hugely gratifying to know that the vast majority of our customers are satisfied with the service we provide, and the feedback we receive will help us to improve the services further to those for whom we could still perform better.
