Julius Rutherfoord launches new Contract Management App

Continuous improvement and innovation are at the heart of the Julius Rutherfoord ethos. As part of our ongoing IC (intelligent cleaning) programme we are very proud to announce the launch of our new industry leading contract management app.

Specifically designed for Julius Rutherfoord, this is a best in class management tool for the cleaning industry and represents a significant investment by the company in how we manage all contracts and deliver against our goal to be London’s best cleaners.

The app is iPad based and provides all area managers with secure access to an array of tools and resources whenever and wherever required. All aspects of contract management, from ordering consumables and raising customer service requests to managing and recording onsite training, quality auditing, human resourcing and health & safety, can now be performed on-site by our contract managers with real time data sent back to our head office and available to all of our clients through our forthcoming client portal.

The contract management app will deliver a transparent and responsive service that increases quality, and efficiency to all of our clients, whilst reducing the administrative burden on our managers, allowing them to spend more time on site with their teams and our clients.

Searchable by radius for swifter response times and improved efficiency

Monitoring of cleaning standards

Joined up audit of standards and reporting via the app, and client portal.

Monitoring of quality and service standards

Detailed Quality Audit and report given via the app and Client Portal

Ability to raise a Customer Services request including site visit

Instant notification of the request and faster response given versus conventional email.

Instantaneous Health and Safety reporting

Full site H&S audits, near miss and accident reporting and health and safety alerts instantly delivered to your portal with immediate follow up for resolution/assistance from the Julius Rutherfoord team

Raise an Action Point or Scheduled task

Instant action request delivered to the manager to enable a swift completion of the Action Point with warning indicator to ensure this is completed, with feedback to you the client both direct and via your portal

Photograph quality issues or works requests

Clarity of work request raised via a photograph, to provide early diagnosis and first time fix. Before and after pictures to ensure works are completed to a satisfactory standard.

Human Resources Integrated Management

Faster resolution to any HR issues including instant recording of informal discussions, disciplinary meetings, holiday requests etc.

Online Training Records

Immediate and transparent online recording of training given to each individual operative across all service functions (Operations, Health and Safety, Values and Standards etc)

Online Consumable ordering

Additional consumable requests via the app and client portal for a faster service to the client.

A new online client portal 

The iPad app feeds service data directly through to the Julius Rutherfoord Customer Services helpdesk and a new client portal. This will allow flexible 24/7 access to reporting data, greater transparency, and better visibility of service delivery. These will be rolled out in the upcoming months.
