New Client Portal Launch!
In tandem with the recent launch of our new iPad based contract management app, we are proud to announce the launch of our new client portal. We have recently begun to roll out the portal to clients with it being fully activated across our client base over the next 6 months.
The portal will bring multiple benefits to the client including a more responsive and transparent service. The dashboard will provide an overview of all the latest information relating to the management of your contract, this will include quality audit scores, issues raised, next actions and other contract data.
Our clients will be able to raise issues themselves via the portal, this will then feed through in real time to both our customer service team and our management team on their iPad devices; allowing for a more responsive service. Clients will also be able to access a history of audits from their sites with detailed charts mapping the results over the course of the contract.
