The Julius Rutherfoord ‘Innovation Pathway’
Attend trade shows, undertake desk research, review feedback and ideas from our HQ and field operatives and monitor trade publications to identify innovative products, services and working methodologies.
Discuss internally with our Operations and Customer Services teams for suitable client sites that may benefit. Ascertain interest level and get approval to undertake trials.
Undertake full due diligence and risk assessment by our experienced in-house team.
Undertake bench and field tests in our British Institute of Cleaning Science certified Training Academy and Workshop at our HQ. Undertake pilot testing in actual working conditions on-site and set KPIs if appropriate.
Discuss any associated costs or savings with client and agree implementation or pilot scheme.
Following a pre-agreed time period, consult with the client, review and measure achievements against KPIs.
